Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before playing or accessing the FlyingChicken game (the “Game”). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Game.
1.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on your compatible device.
1.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of the Game, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted in writing by us.
You agree not to:
3.1 All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including its artwork, code, music, sound effects, characters (“Vala” the chicken), and storyline are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 “FlyingChicken” and related logos are our trademarks. You may not use such marks without our prior written consent.
4.1 The Game may offer in-app purchases (“IAP”) for virtual goods or enhancements. All IAPs are processed through the platform store (e.g., App Store, Google Play).
4.2 All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or the platform’s policies. We are not responsible for any platform-specific refund policies.
Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available here (or see the “Privacy Policy” section in the main menu). By using the Game, you consent to our collection and use of information as described therein.
6.1 We may release updates or patches to the Game at any time. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of those changes.
6.2 We are under no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or upgrades, but may do so at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8.1 The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
8.2 We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8.3 We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10.2 Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Stockholm, Sweden.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Game or by other means. Your continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
